Aircraft management and maintenance intelligence

Every aircraft you fly.
One ranked list.

Wingman is the neutral layer above every manufacturer. It works from the operational data your fleet already produces and ranks every aircraft by what needs attention first: one view, every maker, with the evidence visible before you act. Alongside it sits the day-to-day running of the fleet: defects, programme, parts, crew and records.

The approach

One neutral layer above every manufacturer.

Wingman sits above every manufacturer at once. It works from the operational data a fleet already produces, applies engineering models and current regulatory requirements, and ranks what needs attention. A manufacturer's tools are built around the aircraft it sells, and competition rules and commercial incentives make it unlikely a manufacturer will build this for a rival's aircraft. Only a party with no aircraft of its own to sell has a reason to see a whole mixed fleet at once.

Engineer authority
Every recommendation is advisory. The certifying engineer always signs off.

Every aircraft in the fleet is checked against the requirements that apply to it, whoever built it. The engineer always decides: every recommendation is advisory, attributed to the certifying engineer, and exportable for inspection.

What's in Wingman today

Built and working, not slideware.

Every aircraft, ranked by urgency

Directives, inspections and component limits for the whole fleet in one list, ordered by what to do first, each with the evidence behind it.

The fleet, run day to day

A register of every aircraft with its hours, cycles and location, and the open defects, programme tasks and parts stock that sit against it.

Aircraft, crew and location together

See who is assigned to which aircraft, where each aircraft is right now, what is open against it, and where crew credentials need a look.

Your data in, without the rework

Bring in fleet, crew, programme and hours from the spreadsheets you already keep. Wingman remembers how your columns map, so the second import is quicker than the first.

Plain-language observations, with sources

Observations drawn from your own records, each linked back to the records behind it. An optional AI question box is off by default.

Attributed, exportable, secured

Every action is tied to a named person and recorded in a change log. Exports and an audit pack are ready for inspection. Two-factor sign-in is mandatory for every user.

Talk to the team.

Whether you run a mixed regional fleet or a major carrier, the conversation is the same: thirty minutes on whether Wingman addresses problems that matter in your operation. Not a purchasing decision.
